Drop shipping is defined as, a company who carrys and ships merchandise for customers of another company.

For example. Lets say you have a website selling sex toys. You do not inventory any of the sex toys, you send your orders to another company (the drop shipper), who has an entire warehouse full of adult products, they package and ship all of the products for you.
